Seasoned financial executive brings IPO, M&A, and global leadership experience to iNet
HOUSTON, TX (April 22, 2026) — Infrastructure Networks, Inc. (“iNet”), a leading provider of managed remote communications and IoT solutions for critical infrastructure industries, announced today that Steve Manz has joined iNet as Chief Financial Officer.
Based in Houston, Manz will oversee all financial operations, capital strategy, and M&A activities, supporting iNet’s continued expansion and strategic readiness for future liquidity events.

Manz brings more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience, including four IPOs, over 20 acquisitions totaling more than $3 billion, and global finance roles spanning 20 countries. He has served as CFO and senior executive in both public and private equity-backed companies, led finance teams through rapid growth and transformation, and built organizations capable of supporting scale and regulatory rigor. His expertise includes FP&A, financial systems, investor relations, and post-merger integration. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
